The Solution

ezeep replaced DMK's custom-built print management tool and serves as the printing layer within their Azure Virtual Desktop environment. The solution integrates with M365 and provides employees with a Printer Self Service portal where they can locate and add printers with a single click. Printers appear directly in their applications without IT needing to configure each workstation individually.

ezeep functions flexibly within DMK's environment, serving both as an interface between applications and their existing print server, and as a standalone cloud printing solution depending on the use case.
