Yes. You can use ezeep with full functionality free for 14 days. After the trial ends, your account automatically moves to the Free plan. If you'd like to continue using features from the Pro, Business, or Enterprise plans, simply upgrade before or after the trial expires.

Upgrading is straightforward once payment details are added to your account.

1. Go to ezeep.com and click Log In

2. Sign in to your ezeep account

3. Open Subscription in the left-hand menu

4. Select Manage Subscription

5. Follow the checkout steps to add payment details and choose a plan

Your upgraded plan takes effect immediately.

ezeep includes 10 free users by default. Each additional person invited to the ezeep Admin Portal counts as a named user and is billed according to your active plan.

Connectors are how printers connect to the ezeep Cloud. There are two options:

• ezeep Connector (software)

  • Installed ona. Windows PC or a Windows server. All printers installed on that device are automatically added to ezeep.

• ezeep Hub (hardware)

  • A small plug-and-play device that automatically discovers and connects printers on the same network or subnet.

How many connectors you need depends on how distributed or segmented your print environment is.

You can pay using:

• Credit card

• PayPal Express

In some regions, direct debit is also available.

Each plan includes a quota for automated API-triggered printing. This quota applies only to print jobs initiated via the API.

• Normal user printing is unlimited

• API quotas do not affect standard user printing

• Business plan users can purchase additional API page packages
