The Solution

Rooftop Office became the first coworking space to deploy ezeep's Release App in combination with a Lexmark multifunction printer, fully integrated into the Nexudus workspace management platform. This three-way integration creates a single workflow covering printing, scanning, copying, user provisioning, and billing.

When a new member is created in Nexudus, they are automatically imported into ezeep with no manual setup required. To print, scan, or copy, the member taps their membership card on the reader at the Lexmark printer. Authentication happens instantly. Every job is tracked automatically, and costs flow directly into Nexudus, appearing on the member's monthly invoice.

One feature that stands out is the scanning function. The coworking manager can scan incoming postal mail for members who are offsite, and the scanned documents are automatically assigned to the correct user and stored in the ezeep management interface. No email forwarding, no manual file handling.
