In our latest product update, we have looked at the setup process for the ezeep Hub and have a new feature to announce.
Previously, to connect your ezeep Hub to your ezeep account, you needed to log into the Hub's management console and manually establish the connection. This was a relatively straightforward process, but it was an extra step that admins needed to familiarize themselves with.
Now, setting up the ezeep Hub and connecting the printers it finds to your ezeep account is easier. With Claim and Connect, the connection process happens in the background. Just plug your Hub into your network, claim it as usual, and watch how it automatically connects your network printers with ezeep and the cloud. No IT expertise is necessary.
If you need to log in to the Hub management console, you can still do so via the ezeep Admin Portal.
Save Time With the Hub
This saves time when setting up your next Hub. Additionally, it is now easier to manage your printers in remote locations where local IT teams are not present. The entire setup process is now straightforward, so practically anyone with or without IT expertise can connect network printers to the ezeep cloud.
