What is Print Now in ezeep?

Print Now is browser-based printing through the ezeep web portal. Users log in at app.ezeep.com, upload a document, choose a printer, and print. No desktop app, no driver, and no browser extension is required. Documents are rendered in the ezeep cloud and delivered to the printer. Print Now is designed for situations where installing the full ezeep Print App is not practical, such as guest devices, locked-down endpoints, or short-term access. 

What file formats does Print Now support?

Print Now supports common document formats including PDF, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and image files. Documents are rendered in the ezeep cloud using the printer's native driver before being sent to the device, so output quality matches what a locally installed driver would produce.

Can Print Now be used with Pull Printing?

Yes. Users can send a job via Print Now to the AnyPrinter queue and release it later at any printer using QR code or RFID/NFC authentication. Jobs sent through Print Now are treated the same as jobs from the desktop or mobile Print App, including full tracking in print monitoring reports.

How is Print Now different from the ezeep Print App?

The ezeep Print App installs on the device and adds printers to the operating system, so users can print from any application through the standard print dialog. Print Now works entirely in the browser with no installation. Users upload files one at a time through the web portal. Print Now is best for guests, temps, and unmanaged devices. The Print App is best for daily use on managed endpoints.

Which ezeep plans include Print Now?

Print Now is available on all ezeep plans, including the Free plan. Print Now users only see printers assigned to their account or group, and admins control printer visibility through the ezeep admin portal the same way they do for Print App users.
