Admin News Feed

To keep you up to date, we added an Admin News feed to your portal where you can see our latest updates.

Quicker Printer Assignments

You are now able to assign printers directly to your users. This removes the requirement to create a group for individual assignments. Just open your user settings and assign the printer directly.

Pull Printing

Pull Printing – the feature that enables secure printing – has been released.

• We have removed the deprecated self-service from the ezeep portal and enabled the “My Printers” feature for each new organization. This allows users to easily assign printers to themselves.
• The Quickstart has been updated and now shows the most common applications to avoid confusion.
• Renaming of organizations has been added. You can now change the name of your organization in the administration portal.

Windows Print App

Removed features which had been previously depreciated. The Printer Self Service feature has been replaced by the My Printers functionality in the ezeep Admin Portal. In addition, we updated the app to work with changes in the Sign in with Google function.

Android Print App

Improved the app’s printer recognition capabilities for WiFi printing

It is now possible to edit your account settings from the app. The user interface has also been updated for a better user experience.

A bug which prevented users from printing PDF documents which have been digitally filled out has been corrected.

Printer Driver Pool

117 new printer drivers were added to the ezeep driver pool. Full list of newly-added printer drivers »

The app has now been localized and will now display text in the German or English language depending on your device settings. Furthermore, we improved the app’s user interface.
