A customer counts if they meet these three requirements:

• It has to be a different organization. This means referring an individual, a subsidiary, or a related company does not count.
• It has to be a new customer for us. This means an organization that has not used our services within the last six months or is currently in conversation with our sales team.
• The contract duration must be 12 months or longer.
