ThinPrint’s Diagnostic utility includes support for ezeep Blue

Feature Update: The addition of ezeep Blue Apps and Connectors in ThinPrint’s diagnostic utility improves the information exchange between ezeep Blue admins and the ezeep customer service team.

Maintenance Update ezeep Blue Print App for Chrome: We added a link in the ezeep Blue Print App for Chrome so that users can easily get to their User Portal. We also made changes to the default paper format which will automatically suggest Letter or A4 based on your Chrome settings.

Maintenance Update ezeep Blue backend: This work allows our developers to include a link in their apps which opens the web portal without the need for users to log in. It also is the basis for apps to include organization switching in the future.

Maintenance Update ezeep Blue Backend: This deployment enables the Print App for Windows to automatically create user-selected printers.
