Introducing Printer Statistics for Easier Management

Understanding your printing activity is key to making informed decisions and managing costs. With new printer statistics, you can now gain valuable insights into your print infrastructure directly from your dashboard.

We've designed these statistics to be useful and clear, helping you make data-backed choices without sifting through overwhelming tables. This initial release is just the beginning of exciting new reporting features based on valuable customer feedback.

On your dashboard, you will now find basic information about printer activity. Each printer with activity in the given month is represented by a tile, showing the total pages printed. You can also see how many of those pages were printed in color or black and white. Tiles are ordered by usage, with the most used printer appearing first.

Explore these new numbers on your dashboard. This feature also works for past months, allowing you to view historical printer statistics.
