How to Set Up Nexudus Printing with ezeep

You'll need an ezeep account with your workspace printers already connected (the ezeep Hub makes that part painless).

Create Printing Products and Credits in Nexudus

Go to Inventory, then Products in Nexudus and create two products: one for color printing, one for black-and-white, with your per-page pricing. If you want to offer print allowances, go to Inventory, then Printing Credit Type and create a printing credit. Include it in membership plans to give members a monthly allowance.

Enable the ezeep Integration

Go to Settings, then Integrations, and find ezeep. Enable the integration, enter your ezeep credentials, and map your printing credit and products (color and B&W) to the ones you created. Nexudus is now connected to your ezeep account.

Sync Members and Set Up Policies

Go to Operations, then Members, and select the members you want to sync. Click Update Ezeep in Bulk Actions. Members receive an email invite from ezeep. In the ezeep portal, create printing policies for color and black-and-white to ensure usage is tracked correctly back in Nexudus.
